Terms of Service for ExecOneLead

Executive coaching services, info products, and goods are offered by ExecOneLead, located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, ON K1A 0A9, Canada. Business ID: 851006725.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service, info product, or good provided by ExecOneLead, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our offerings.
2. Services
Services refers to executive coaching sessions, workshops, and related advisory activities. Services are provided by qualified coaches affiliated with ExecOneLead.
3. Info Products
Info Products are digital resources such as guides, e-books, templates, and online courses offered by ExecOneLead.
4. Goods
Goods refers to physical items available for purchase on ExecOneLead.com.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are due in full at the time of purchase. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and electronic options.
6. Refund Policy
We aim to ensure satisfaction across all offerings. Please review the specific conditions below.
6.1 Executive Coaching Services
For single-session engagements, once a session has been conducted, no refund is available. You may reschedule your session without penalty by providing at least 48 hours prior notice.
For package agreements covering multiple sessions, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than one session has occurred. A 10% administrative charge applies. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 15 business days.
6.2 Info Products
Info Products may be returned within 14 days of download or initial access, provided no more than 10% of the content has been accessed. Upon approval, the purchase cost will be credited back through the original payment method within 10 business days.
6.3 Goods
Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a credit to the original payment method within 15 business days.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule any service, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Late notices may result in forfeiture of the session.
